Check in is located at the Mountain Resorts office at 2150 Resort Drive, Suite 100, Steamboat Springs, CO From Yampa Valley Airport: Turn right onto Highway 40 East and travel 22 miles to Steamboat. Exit on Mt. Werner Road and turn left at stop sign onto Resort Drive. Then turn left again into the Resort Group building parking lot. The check in office is on the first floor. The Mountain Resorts office is open 24 hours 7 days a week (12/15 4/1). In the event the office may be closed, please use the security phone located in the entryway. Check in is at 4 PM and checkout is at 10 AM.
Hotel Policies & Disclaimers
You must present a photo ID when checking in. Your credit card is charged at the time you book. These excellent rates are only available through us. Please do not call the property, as they will not have our discounted rates in their system. Bed type and smoking preferences are not guaranteed. Your reservation is prepaid and is guaranteed for late arrival. The total charge includes all room charges and taxes, as well as fees for access and booking. Any incidental charges such as parking, phone calls, and room service will be handled directly between you and the property.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy, Via Destinations, Inc. Bookings are subject to a 25 USD fee for any CANCELLATION/CHANGE. If Cancellation occurs within the Cancellation Policy period, a one-night Charge will be assessed. No refunds will be made for no-shows or early checkouts. Property Cancellation Policy: 24 HOURS.
